Yoga & Acroyoga

Temezcal & Ice Bath Spa Evening

A traditional guided Temezcal (sweat lodge) ceremony followed by an ice bath — one of the most profound experiences of the trip.

FAQs

Do I need to know how to freedive?

No you do not! Being able to swim is a great place to start. We'll meet on Zoom prior to March and go over some basics, then you'll learn everything you need to know during the discovery course.

Is the freediving necessary?

Absolutely not 🙂 You can enjoy this trip floating or water dancing on the surface — no diving necessary.

Do I need a geology background?

Absolutely not! Daniel is here to share his knowledge with us all, so whether you know a thing or two or not, you can expect to learn a lot 🙂

Are Cenotes / Caves dangerous?

Swimming in cenotes is 100% safe, as are the caves we'll be exploring. We'll be working with Oscar, our local guide who has guided trips for the past 10 years.

What if I have dietary preferences?

We'll do a full intake of your dietary needs and offer fulfilling, healthy options for all eating styles. Be sure to let us know any allergies.

Where do I fly in?

Cancun airport!

What's the weather like?

It's peak time to visit cenotes! You can expect sun, pleasantly warm temperatures, and a gentle breeze.
